GoCodes User Roles

The GoCodes total asset tracking solution is designed to be used by the whole team so your data is always maintained and up-to-date.

We provide 4 user roles so that your administrator can assign team members the access they need to complete their tasks securely.

Here's a quick summary:

  1. Group Administrator – Has full control of assets and settings and can view all reports
  2. Asset Manager – Has full control of assets but cannot change settings and can view reports
  3. Asset Assignor- Can view assets and check them in/out, has limited report access
  4. Read Only – Can view assets only
